Performance Features

The five-seat 2021 Lincoln Nautilus can be purchased with a standard turbocharged four-cylinder engine or a gutsy turbocharged V6. The former produces 250 horsepower and is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The V6 engine is rated at 335 horsepower, has the same transmission, and features all-wheel drive. The turbo power results in good acceleration even when the vehicle is loaded with passengers and cargo.

The 2021 Lincoln Aviator is larger and heavier, but that’s no problem, thanks to the turbocharged 3.0L V6 and its 400-horsepower output. Transmission is 10-speed automatic, and rear-wheel drive is standard on the lower trims. The uplevel trims are all-wheel drive only. The Grand Touring trim is a hybrid version, and the gas and electric combo results in a total power output of 494 horsepower. The Aviator’s 10-speed automatic transmission is smooth-shifting, and the vehicle cruises effortlessly at freeway speed.

Interior Features

The Nautilus offers leatherette upholstery, a tilt steering wheel, steering wheel-mounted audio and infotainment controls, plush carpeting, a large screen display, an eight-speaker sound system, and smartphone app integration. The Reserve trim comes with an even larger infotainment screen, Sync 4 infotainment interface, and full leather upholstery. The Nautilus boasts a large, comfortable cabin with huge seats, and outward visibility is fantastic. The cargo capacity is average for this vehicle class, and the large rear tailgate opens wide for easy stowing of large belongings.

The Aviator is a three-row SUV with plenty of legroom in the second-row seating area. It comes standard with keyless entry and push-button start, a digital instrument cluster, power-adjustable and heated front seats, tri-zone climate control, a 10.3-inch infotainment screen, integrated navigation, and smartphone app integration. The uplevel trims add on full leather upholstery, a power-adjustable steering wheel, ambient interior lighting, and a 14-speaker stereo. A unique Luxury package is available that adds on 30-way power-adjustable front seats and a 28-speaker audio system.
